January 2007 Booster News

Welcome to all new Jesuit students and parents, and all returning students and parents! We're excited about this year and all the activities planned. The year started with a bang with Meet the Marauders and our annual Welcome to the Spirit of Jesuit Night. Over 500 parents attended the celebration that provided food and drink and a way for parents to meet fellow Jesuit parents, faculty and supporters.Our next big booster endeavor was the Father Barry Basketball Tournament, December 13-15. We thank all of the volunteers that helped coordinate this extremely succesful tournament.

The 27th Annual Jesuit Crabfeed was a wonderful night out for all. We'd like to thank everyone involved especially Tricia Luetke and Michele Lehuta. We had record numbers across the board and kudos from many participants that the food was outstanding!

The basketball teams have one final home game and it is this Wednesday, February 13th.  Please call Tom Biggs at one of these numbers if you can assist in staffing this event. Tom's cell 799-4955, work 561-4955 or home 965-0784.    

If you haven't already signed up to become a Jesuit Booster you may sign up at all home sporting events. It is great opportunity to meet other Jesuit parents and get involved in extra curricular activities at Jesuit High School.
