Block J

Block J is a service organization which provides workers for a variety of school functions. Block J members usher at plays, help with Christmas Tree Lane, provide table service and other support services at P.A.C.E, direct parents at Back-to-School Night, usher at graduation, and generally fill in where there is a need. Members log their hours and are given red blocks after they have completed 60 hours of service to the school. Other awards are given for hours completed beyond the minimal required for the block. The society draws its membership from all the classes and seeks students who are willing to serve the Jesuit community while having fun.
