Application Procedure 2011
Parents: Please review the procedures listed below with your son and help him to prepare the proper forms for submission to his school. Because of the volume of applicants, please do not contact the Admissions Office to verify receipt of forms; we will contact you if your son’s application is incomplete.
Applications for the 2011/2012 school year will be posted here December 1, 2010. If you have any questions regarding the admissions process, please call us at (916) 482-6060 ext. 227. Thank you for your interest in Jesuit High School!
In order to print these forms correctly, please use the printer icon located below the menu bar. DO NOT use the 'file, print' command from the menu bar.

Any student who does not currently attend a Catholic school must also submit a formal letter of recommendation from his pastor, youth minister, etc., to establish his interest and participation in religious activities.
3. Academic Record Report
Print your information at the top of the form and sign for the release of transcripts. Give this form to the appropriate school official to complete and mail to Jesuit High School.
4. Recommendation Forms:
Principal Recommendation

Print your information at the top of each form and sign for the release of the requested information. Give each form to the appropriate person to complete and mail to Jesuit High School.
5. Student-Parent Interview Schedule
Each applicant and at least one parent are required to attend an interview. Please refer to the enclosed schedule for your interview time. The interview is an essential part of the admissions process. It will last approximately 15-30 minutes; however, there will probably be a wait prior to your interview.
6. Financial Aid Forms
2009-2010 Financial Aid Forms and instructions can be downloaded from the link above. Each applicant taking the HSPT at Jesuit will recieve a Financial Aid Form in their information folders on test day. Financial need is assessed independently of admissions qualifications. Please review and submit the financial aid application directly to the Private School Aid Service (PSAS) by February 20, 2009.
7. Additional Recommendations
Each applicant has the right to submit additional letters of recommendation for the Admissions Committee to consider. Please understand that there is a wealth of information already provided on your son’s behalf; therefore, we ask that you be judicious in submitting additional letters.
